2 cups shelled peanuts

1/2 teaspoon salt

1-2 Tablespoons honey

1-2 Tablespoons peanut oil


Step1: Heat the oven to 350 F and roast the peanuts on a baking sheet for 10 minutes, until lightly golden and glossy with oil.

Step2: Transfer the peanuts while they are still warm to a food processor. pulse a few times just until chopped.

Step 3:Process for another 2 minutes .stop and scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl. The mixture will look glossy and soft.

Now run the food processor for another minute, scrape the sides and you have almost made peanut butter.

Step 4:Sprinkle salt, peanut oil, and honey over the top of peanut butter and process for two minutes till the mixture becomes completely smooth.

Step 5:Transfer the peanut butter into a storage container. Refrigerate it and turn it upside down in the fridge so that peanut oils and solids can re-mix.
